We hope that you feel warm and fuzzy about your purchase from Cabin Street and are repping your apparel wherever you are. However, if you would like to return or exchange an item, please send us an email.
You have 15 days after receiving your order to have it back in Cabin Street hands. All returns MUST be in 100% new condition, unworn with all the original tags in place. Please ensure that the clothing is packaged safely, as we cannot accept damaged returns. Once we have received your return item, we will then either exchange it or refund your credit card for the charges. Please note, Cabin Street is not responsible for the shipping charges, either on the initial delivery or return.
Holiday Orders: Items purchased in November and December as holiday gifts are eligible for return or exchange until 15 days after Christmas Day. Items must still be in new condition; unworn, unwashed and with all original tags attached.
Please note in all cases exchanges are only available if the size/item you want to exchange for is in-stock.

Outside Winnipeg, inside Canada orders – flat rate shipping of $15 CAD
International shipping – Please send us an email and we may be able to make arrangements.
Heads up! Shipping time does not include processing time and your order will be sent out when all items are available! If one item is pre-ordered, we will ship out once all of the items in your cart is are in stock. If you need a product shipped by a certain date, please send us an email to confirm before placing an order.
Customers may choose free local pickup if they wish to save on shipping costs. Local pick up is located in the St. James Area of the city. The exact location will be provided once the order is available for pickup.
