HOW DO I CARE FOR MY CLOTHING?
Crews & Hoodies – Machine wash warm, inside out, with like colors. Use only non-chlorine bleach. Tumble dry low. Do not iron.
T-Shirts & V- Necks – Machine wash warm, inside out, with like colors. Use only non-chlorine bleach. Tumble dry low. Iron with medium to low heat avoiding the printed design. Do not dry clean.
Baby Onesies – Machine wash cold, inside-out, gentle cycle with mild detergent and similar colors. Use non-chlorine bleach, only when necessary. No fabric softeners. Tumble dry low, or hang-dry for longest life. Do not dry clean.
CAN I CHANGE MY ORDER?
Once your order is placed, it cannot be changed. The reason for this is we print small batches. If you have any questions/concerns, please e-mail us at [email protected].
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
We hope that you feel warm and fuzzy about your purchase from Cabin Street and are repping your apparel wherever you are. However, if you would like to return an item, please send us an email.
You have 15 days after receiving your shipment to have it back in Cabin Street’s hands. All returns MUST be in 100% new condition, unworn with all the original tags in place. Please ensure that the clothing is packaged safely, as we cannot accept damaged returns. Once we have received your return item, we will then either exchange it or refund your credit card for the charges. Please note, Cabin Street is not responsible for the shipping charges, either on the initial delivery or return.

Some of our more popular items are only available by pre-order. You are able to order and pay for your item but it won’t be shipped to you for 1-12 weeks depending on demand. Our products are printed locally, in Winnipeg, MB., everything is printed in small batches and never compromising on quality. We really appreciate your patience and promise that it’s worth the wait.
If the item you wish to purchase is for pre-order only, the estimated delivery time will be displayed on the purchase button before you add the product to the cart.

CAN I GET ONE OF YOUR EXISTING DESIGNS ON A DIFFERENT COLOURED SWEATER, OR ON A T-SHIRT, OR IN A DIFFERENT SIZE?
Yes! We are happy to offer colour/style changes. If we do not have the item that you are looking for in-stock a $10 fee will apply. If you are interested in a colour/style change please email [email protected] with the following information:
- Which design from our shop you are looking for
- What type of garment(s) you are looking for (crewneck, zip-up hoodie, t-shirt, tank top, etc)
- What colour(s) from our shop you are looking for (please note not all colours are available on all garments, let us know what you’re looking for and we will confirm if it’s possible!)
- What size(s) you will need
- If you will require shipping for a $10 fee or if you would rather do local pick-up in the Linden Woods area of Winnipeg.
Style changes can take 2-4 weeks depending on if we have the items in-stock. Once the details are confirmed we will send you an invoice for the items that can be paid electronically.
